Zainab Malik

I am an Associate Lawyer at the Ministry of Law and Justice with over four years of experience, specializing in the drafting and amending of legislation, and providing legal advisory services to various Federal Government Ministries. I have played a pivotal role as a member of the implementation cell for the Anti-Rape (Investigation and Trial) Act, 2020, showcasing my commitment to impactful legal reform and justice.

Holding an LLB (Honours) and actively pursuing an LLM in Public International Law, my academic credentials are solidly founded on comprehensive legal principles and practices. I am also a Registered Foreign Lawyer, which enhances my capacity to operate within and understand diverse legal frameworks. My commitment to furthering my expertise is demonstrated by my participation in the Advanced Training Course on Legal Services (including Forensic Sciences) of SCO Countries in China, which has enriched my skills in both legal services and forensic applications on an international scale.

In addition to my government role, I contribute to the academic realm by teaching Tort Law and Legal System Management (LSM) to LLB students. This engagement in academia is not only a testament to my dedication to legal education but also reinforces my expertise by keeping me abreast of the latest legal theories and practices.

This blend of practical legal experience, ongoing higher education, and international training uniquely positions me to contribute effectively to your organization, leveraging my deep understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of law in a dynamic global legal environment.
