Tim has dealt with a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions for both listed and private companies (including all forms of acquisitions and disposals, fundings and restructurings), bank loans and security, and general commercial agreements. As well as UK companies, Tim has advised both investment and commercial banks and US corporations on UK and multi-jurisdictional transactions, helping them navigate often complex financial structures.
