Teodosia is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and specialises in corporate, commercial, and aviation law, with nearly 20 years of combined in-house counsel experience at Kenya Airways and Qatar Airways.
She has extensive experience in aviation law and in corporate/commercial legal practice, having advised on and supported numerous high-value, complex legal transactions. These include aircraft lease financing, operating leases, KCAA, KAA, CMA/NSE Regulatory issues and compliance, commercial contracts, and related corporate work.
Teodosia has a deep understanding of the local and international aviation markets. At Kenya Airways, she frequently engaged with the KCAA to secure approvals for aircraft and operational requirements. She also provided legal support and compliance for corporate and employment issues in Kenya, while managing external counsel across the airline’s network, spanning 52 countries, including 43 in Africa.

- Project Safari: The Financial Restructuring plan undertaken by Kenya Airways in 2017/18 with all its creditors including the lessors and aircraft financiers and local banks.
- Rights Issue: The Capital Raising undertaken by Kenya Airways in 2012 to raise Capital for its fleet expansion program.
- The B787-8 and B777s aircraft acquisition by Kenya Airways supported by Export-Import Bank of the United States of America (US Exim), and
- The Embraer E190 aircraft acquisition by Kenya Airways supported by African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) and Standard Chartered Bank.
- Sale and Leaseback (SLB) aircraft transactions undertaken by KQ on its B787-8 aircraft with BOC Aviation Limited (BOCA) and AerCap Ireland Limited (AerCap).
Before joining Kenya Airways in 1996, Teodosia worked at Standard Chartered Bank (K) Limited and Kenya Post Office Savings Bank (Postbank). After a brief hiatus from 2006–2011, where she worked with David Lawrence & Associates in Singapore and with Qatar Airways, she returned to Kenya Airways, later serving as Acting General Counsel & Corporate Affairs Officer from 2018. Her early career included positions as a State Attorney and Legal Officer for Standard Chartered Estate Management. Teodosia holds an LLB from the University of Nairobi, a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and additional qualifications in industrial relations, legislative drafting, and aviation law from IATA.
