Although Ted is best known for his work in relation to communications industries, both in the UK and abroad, a long career has provided experience in a number of different areas. These include public law and, in particular, the cross-over between public and commercial law and property litigation.
Ted has had two cases in the Supreme Court / Privy Council in recent years. Having spent many years as head of the Technology Practice Group in a large City law firm, Ted has a considerable non-contentious knowledge particularly in relation to new and disruptive technologies and industries. This enables him to advise the full spectrum of technology based companies, whether they be in regulated industries or not. He has all round experience in property litigation, having acted for a very substantial West End landlord.
Ted has a niche practice in the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) world, advising issuers and retail investors.
