Suzanne Brooker

My focus is always on achieving my clients’ objectives by combining my technical ability and experience with a commercial approach. Having spent over three decades practising in this specialist area I have experience in most sectors and situations. I am always happy to have an initial call to discuss a matter in advance of a formal retainer and am fortunate to have top-rated colleagues in other practice areas to support my work for clients and referrers.

Suzanne Brooker has over 30 years’ experience advising on all aspects of distressed situations, whether transactional or contentious, cross-border or domestic. She has been a licensed insolvency practitioner (non-appointment taking) since 2000 and is licensed by the ICAEW. She is also a Fellow of R3, the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association (ILA), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and INSOL. Additionally, Suzanne is a member of the Solicitors’ Assistance Scheme, providing insolvency, restructuring, and regulatory assistance for solicitors and their practices.
