Sonal Raval is a distinguished legal professional with over 29 years of experience as an Advocate in Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB Honours) from the University of London, a Postgraduate Law Society Final’s (Solicitor’s course) from the
College of Law, Store Street, London UK, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. In addition, Sonal is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.

transactions in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
Sonal’s expertise extends to real estate development, where she has worked on the development of 60 -unit estates. In these projects, she implemented tax advice, drafted agreements for sale and subleases, and formalized homeowners’ regulations.
Her proficiency in corporate law and compliance is evident in her guidance on preparing privacy , anti-money laundering and whistleblowing policies for Fintech clients.
