Simon Killick

The role is simple: anticipate and solve the problems; execute the plan without fuss. Extensive client-side experience managing successful transactions (and budgets) has contributed significantly to my ability to fulfil that role.

Simon brings over two decades of expertise in public and private equity corporate M&A, having honed his skills during his tenure in private practice, including at Olswang LLP (now CMS Nabarro Olswang).

Following his private practice career, Simon spent 18 years in industry as Group General Counsel for Dawnay, Day International and its successor structured finance businesses. In this role, he specialised in corporate real estate, investment, and fund structures, with extensive transaction management experience both in the UK and across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Simon’s sectoral expertise spans corporate real estate (particularly operational real estate), insurance, and financial services.

He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Texton Property Investments.
