Simon read history at Brasenose College Oxford, and was admitted as a solicitor in 1983.
Simon specialises in all aspects of commercial property work, particularly property acquisition and landlord and tenant matters including the renewal of business leases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Simon is also highly experienced in general commercial property management work. He acts for clients on corporate acquisitions both of company and business assets in a variety of sectors.
Outside the office, Simon enjoys wine, playing bridge, and is a keen follower of Chelsea Football Club – especially of lunch with friends before games.
