Property litigation is usually a client’s last resort in achieving their objective or reaching a satisfactory solution. It is not an option that clients enter into lightly. I am cognisant of this and have a proven track record of securing my clients’ desired outcomes or the best possible compromise—whether that requires the nuclear option of formal proceedings or the tactical approach of a reasoned settlement. I am confident in my ability to help clients navigate what may be a challenging period for them.
