Poh-Leng is a commercial lawyer with 15 years of experience in private practice and industry. She completed her Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Law at LSE and trained at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Poh-Leng has worked at PwC, Imperial College London, Thomson Snell & Passmore and YouGov plc.
Poh-Leng advises clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, terms and conditions, distribution agreements, introducer agreements, consultancy agreements, research agreements, studentships, and bespoke multi-million pound, international framework agreements. She also advises on intellectual property arrangements, information technology agreements and data protection law.
Poh-Leng is experienced in running the commercial law aspects of M&A transactions. With strong negotiation skills and her own businesses in the UK, UAE and Pakistan, she is known for her pragmatic approach to getting the job done.
In addition, Poh-Leng is an Expert in Residence at Imperial College’s Enterprise Lab and assists innovative entrepreneurs with legal and commercial aspects.
