Natalie qualified as a Solicitor at SJ Berwin in 2004. She then developed her career, clientele, skills and knowledge in residential property work at Selig & Partners as a consultant until 2023. She also founded the firm’s Probate & Wills department during that time.
Natalie moved with the team at Selig & Partners to Spencer West LLP in 2023 becoming a partner in the Real Estate team.
Her experience in Real Estate, besides residential and commercial conveyancing, includes advising on new build projects, developments for various sized developers and acting in ground rent investments transactions. She also advises on leasehold extensions and collective enfranchisement matters.
In addition, Natalie deals with many Probate matters specifically with cross jurisdictional elements liaising often with Counsel in Cyprus, Israel, USA and various European countries.

Natalie plays Netball twice a week and is training to become an Umpire. She also has experience in Health Coaching which she enjoys when time permits.
