Muse Tse

It can be extremely challenging, especially for overseas investors and homebuyers, to navigate the extensive legal paperwork and differences in sale and purchase procedures. My extensive legal and cultural knowledge, combined with a professional yet personal approach, ensures a smooth process and eases all concerns throughout the transaction.

Muse recently joined Spencer West as a trainee solicitor.

She obtained her Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School, followed by the Legal Practice Course and a Master’s in Law at the University of Law.

Originally from Hong Kong, Muse is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. She specialises in Real Estate, with extensive experience assisting domestic and overseas clients in property transactions. This includes residential new-builds, second-hand properties, and commercial properties, whether funded through high-street bank mortgages, bridging loans, or Islamic product mortgages.

Before joining Spencer West, Muse worked as a paralegal in the property department of a national law firm in England and at a renowned offshore law firm in Hong Kong. She gained valuable experience in commercial litigation and insolvency matters involving British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, and Bermuda law. Her work included handling shareholder disputes, classic “boardroom fights,” contractual disputes, minority oppression cases, and derivative claims.
