Matthew Scott-Tucker

Matthew has particular expertise in acting for residential developers, from setting up and acquiring development sites to dealing with finance and disposals. He is often presented with novel objectives, for which he creates a legal framework to facilitate the delivery of a project. This usually requires close collaboration between lawyers and other professional advisers.

Alongside development work, Matthew has a broad range of experience across various general commercial property matters, including landlord & tenant issues and business transfer work. He primarily acts for property developers, landowners, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
