Maleeha is an associate solicitor specialising in dispute resolution. Maleeha has a Masters in Law and trained at a boutique West End firm, where she supported several Partners and developed extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, family law, property litigation, real estate and employment law.
Maleeha now works on high-value claims for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, often involving complex, cross-border issues and elements of civil fraud before the High Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. The matters she assists on cover a range of practice areas from commercial litigation to family law. Maleeha is experienced in attending court, having successfully assisted Counsel on many occasions, demonstrating her strong technical ability and commitment to achieving favourable outcomes for clients. Most recently, Maleeha successfully assisted on a bankruptcy matter worth $1.2 billion for the Emir of the Al-Bahah District in Saudi Arabia.
