Justin Selig

I use my many years of experience to provide concise, practical legal advice to my clients on property and commercial issues. My team and I enjoy working with our clients to achieve their desired outcomes, which are sometimes more complex than they originally appear – but the challenge and satisfaction are in getting the results.

Justin qualified as a solicitor in London in 1994. After qualifying, he worked in-house for retail and logistics businesses, eventually becoming Legal Director at Bodycare International and Senior Legal Counsel at TDG PLC. In 2006, he founded his own firm, Selig + Partners, where he built a team of nine solicitors specialising in property law.

In 2012, Justin established one of the first Alternative Business Structure Law Firms, Landlord Action, which focused on assisting residential landlords. He successfully sold the firm to Hamilton Fraser in 2017.

In 2023, Justin and his team transitioned to Spencer West, where he continues to specialise in both commercial and residential property transactions for SMEs, professional property developers, and investors, as well as business acquisitions and disposals involving property.
