Joshua Yam

In my practice, I prioritise quality over quantity, as I like to be able to offer each of my clients the attention they require and the responsiveness they deserve. On a personal level, I always focus on building relationships for the long term. Many of the ex-colleagues, clients and agents that I have worked with have become good friends.

With over eight years of experience in the residential property sector, including roles at highly regarded practices Zhong Lun Law Firm and Forsters LLP, Josh advises both domestic and international clients on a comprehensive range of residential property transactions across England and Wales. Known for his in-depth technical expertise and exceptional client care, Josh delivers a unique service that fosters enduring relationships with clients and agents alike.
