I see my role as more than just a solicitor—I’m here to guide, support, and help clients navigate the often complex world of property law with clarity and confidence. I believe legal advice should be practical, accessible, and human. Every transaction tells a story, and I work closely with my clients to ensure theirs unfolds in a way that aligns with their vision and goals.

Jess qualified in 2011 after studying and training at the same time. She was quickly recruited as a partner at the same firm where she remained until choosing a consultant style career in 2019.

Jess has a wide range of transactional property experience, and now works mainly with developer clients; she has a particular interest in creative strategies.

Jess has a talent for connecting with her clients on a personal level and thinking creatively to achieve her clients’ goals.

Outside of work, Jess is an experienced therapeutic parent of 3 adopted children; she enjoys weightlifting and running, and is a Cornwall Ambassador.
