He began his career at Merrill Lynch, gaining valuable banking experience, and later earned a Master’s in Law specialising in International Finance. Gurvir trained and practiced at a niche City law firm before founding West London Law Solicitors in 2003, just three years after qualifying. His boutique litigation and insolvency practice was established to provide specialist help to disadvantaged clients, and he successfully built a strong reputation and team.
