He has more than thirty years‘ experience advising multinational companies and groups in their investments and operations, both in Spain and abroad.
Eusebio provides legal services to companies and groups from various sectors, both small and medium-sized companies and listed companies, in relation to the acquisition of assets and shares and their financing, the granting of personal or asset backed guarantees in relation to loan or credit agreements, corporate restructuring, mergers and demergers, and advice to the board of directors and senior managers on general corporate matters and corporate responsibility. Likewise, he advises venture capital funds, family offices and “business angels” in their investment in start-up companies, mainly in the technology sector, in relation to foreign investment, shareholders or partners agreements, by-laws safeguards, organisation of the different rounds of financing and stock option plans, as well as possible conflicts between partners.
