With over 20 years of experience, Emma is a client-focused solicitor specializing in residential and commercial property. Her expertise covers investment property acquisitions, commercial transactions, auction purchases, and property developments. She also advises on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting leases, lease extensions, and licenses for works.
In addition to her property law practice, Emma has extensive experience in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, offering clients tailored guidance to meet their personal and estate planning needs.
Emma’s expertise is grounded in commercial experience. She graduated in Law and Accountancy before practicing in several boutique real estate law firms and eventually opening and running her own law firm for over 16 years.
Emma regularly represents a wide range of investors, both in the UK and internationally, providing expert guidance on their commercial and residential real estate matters as well as private client requirements. She also has significant experience in corporate real estate transactions, including acting for a national veterinary practice during its expansion, restructuring, and ultimate sale.
