David Lee qualified in 2001 with Hampshire firm Wills Chandler before building his reputation in commercial property with the well-known South Coast firm Eric Robinson Solicitors. He later moved to Page Gulliford Solicitors and RM Legal Solicitors before joining Spencer West in 2024. 

David has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property transactions, acting for a diverse range of clients. His expertise spans small business sales involving lease assignments to complex sales and purchases of large industrial estates. Many of his transactions involve secured commercial lending, requiring meticulous attention to detail in addressing lender and buyer enquiries. 

Highly regarded by both professional and lay clients, many of whom have worked with him for years, David is known for his commitment to delivering thorough, efficient, and professional service. His approachable manner and sense of humor complement his dedication, which includes providing support beyond office hours—a testament to the trust his clients place in him.
