Caroline is a distinguished real estate lawyer with over 15 years of experience in private practice. She specialises in real estate developments across mixed-use, residential, retail, commercial, and industrial sectors, including institutional projects such as hospitals, schools, and hotels.

She is highly experienced in real estate finance, encompassing both equity and debt arrangements, as well as banking transactions. Caroline has worked on projects in various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, financial services, agriculture, hospitality, and tourism across the region.

Caroline leads engagements with regulators, state agencies, financiers, developers, and private sector investors on a wide range of issues, including public-private partnerships, capital structuring, deployment of technology, and adapting laws and policies to support sustainable development.

Recently, she has been at the forefront of public policy advisory on emerging issues such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concerns, particularly regarding public land commercialisation for food security and affordable housing.

Caroline is also a board member at the Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA). She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Marshall University, USA, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi, and is a certified public secretary in Kenya and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
