Andrew Macmillan

Andrew has over three decades experience as an employment lawyer and trained and worked in London. As a business owner, Andrew is proactive and works very closely with his employer clients really getting to know their businesses and culture. He adopts a “prevention is better than cure” approach to industrial relations matters. Andrew helps employers with contracts and policy documentation, employment law training, business restructuring and redundancies, change management programs, disciplinary and grievance investigations/hearings, discrimination issues, settlement agreements and TUPE. Andrew regularly works on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
