- A successful application for summary judgment relating to a civil fraud involving wider fraud of £100 Billion and assisting a multinational corporation bank in obtaining summary judgment from the High Court.
- Acting for Premier League football clubs on successful payouts against its insurance broker for COVID losses without going to court.

Notable cases:
On 17 February 2025, a decision made by the High Court of Justice to throw out a $1.2 billion bankruptcy petition against a Tier 1 Saudi Royal and Emir of the Al-Bahah Province in Saudi Arabia, was upheld by the Court of Appeal. Amrit and his team continue to successfully represent HRH Prince Hussam Bin Saud Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in the case, which has attracted global attention over several years, centred on an alleged debt dispute with a Kuwaiti Telecoms Company, Mobile Telecommunications Company KSCP (“MTC”) dating back to 2010.
