Alison is an an 18-year qualified Solicitor and Trust and Estate Practitioner. She looks after private client legal matters for high net worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs. Alison is able to advise on wills and succession planning; trusts, tax and estate planning; probate and estate administration; mental capacity and Court of Protection, including powers of attorney.
Prior to merging with Spencer West in July 2021, Alison ran her own boutique law firm for 10 years.
