He has vast experience of working with and understanding businesses, and he uses his legal and commercial expertise to help business owners and management teams analyse issues, implement strategies and achieve solutions quickly and economically. He has acted on both large and small, local, national and cross – border transactions. His main areas have involved mergers acquisitions and corporate re-structures. He has held both executive and non-executive directorships of numerous companies, commercial and not for profit.
