Images Magazine features Christian Wilson on employee ownership
Corporate Law Partner Christian Wilson has been featured in a business clinic article about employee ownership in trade publication Images Magazine.
Outlining the advantages (and pitfalls) of employee ownership (EO) and how they are set up, Christian’s expertise is in advising and supporting companies to consider, begin and complete their succession and employee ownership. Christian has helped more than 40 company owners, and over 2,500 employees make the transition to an employee-owned business.
Advising the readership of Images Magazine, SMEs trading in the industrial print and embroidery sector, Christian said: “Employee ownership can offer a smooth transition into a new chapter without the stress of either closing down or negotiating a buyout,” further adding: “Employee ownership is unique in its capacity to accommodate the wishes of the founders, enabling the outgoing owners to embed values for the future leadership to uphold. This is perhaps the reason why so may EO companies are notably community-spirited and ethical in their practices.”
