Edward is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a keen focus on aviation finance and leasing, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, asset finance, commercial contracts and corporate insolvency. He also has experience in intellectual property law, company secretarial and succession law.
Before joining Spencer West, Edward developed his expertise at a leading corporate commercial law firm in Nairobi. Having spent over 5 years representing leading international and local entities mostly in the aviation and banking sectors, Edward is able to provide valuable legal input to support his clients’ business strategy.
