Muse has recently joined Spencer West as a trainee solicitor.
She obtained her Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School, following which she completed her Legal Practice Course together with Masters in Law at the University in Law.
Having originated from Hong Kong, Muse is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. She specialises in Real Estate and is particularly experienced in assisting domestic and oversea clients in property transactions (residential new-builds, second-hand properties and commercial properties) with or without loan facilities, including mortgage from high street bank, bridging loan and Islamic product mortgages.
Prior to joining Spencer West, Muse worked as a paralegal at the property department in a national law firm in England and a renowned offshore law firm in Hong Kong. She assisted in commercial litigation and insolvency matters involving British Virgin Islands, Cayman Island and Bermuda law, where she had gained experience in dealing with shareholder disputes, classic “board room fight” scenario, contractual dispute, minority oppression and derivative claims.
