The book, ‘Inheritance Act Claims: A Practical Guide’ is on its 3rd edition and is co-authored by Miranda Allardice, Tracey Angus, Paul Hewitt and Penelope Reed. It aims to provide a comprehensive guide to claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
