Fudia welcomes the proposals, saying: “The fact that employment tribunals continue to rely on Judge’s handwritten notes of evidence seems increasingly anachronistic.
“This is particularly so post Covid-19, with Cloud Video Platform (CVP) hearings becoming the norm, and CVP software having in-built recording functionality.”
