Rabia Omar Hassan

Rabia has more than 25 years of experience in finance, investments, and M&A, as well as arbitration, mediation, and conciliation. She has held senior leadership roles in major financial institutions, including nearly a decade with HBL Group, where she led strategic initiatives in corporate and investment banking and asset management. She also serves as an advisor to family offices, blue-chip clients, start-ups, and SMEs worldwide. Additionally, she collaborates with legal experts on cross-border financial transactions and dispute resolution. 

Rabia specialises in private equity facilitation, blue-chip investments, wealth and asset management, and financial structuring across both conventional and Islamic banking and advisory especially Green sukuks. She has extensive experience in corporate finance and private equity, advising multinational banks, family offices, and high-net-worth clients globally. 

Beyond her legal services, Rabia is a certified corporate trainer and mentor, delivering signature training programmes in financial compliance, performance management, and risk assessment. She also acts as a consultant in REIT advisory and blue-chip real estate investments worldwide. 

Her thesis on “Critical Analysis on International Criminal Court Hague” was published in 2018 by the Pakistan Law House, and she is a permanent member of the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
