Emma received a degree in Law as well as a Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Birmingham in 2006. Since then, she has worked across media, advertising and marketing, with her varied career seeing her work in professional service, the charity sector, retail and FMCG.
Emma joined Spencer West as part of a business unit in 2020, but quickly became an integral support to a number of the Partners across various Practice Areas. In April 2022, Emma was appointed as Director of Marketing & Business Development and has continued to support colleagues across the firm as she has helped to develop the firmwide strategy for growth.
